I'm a researcher at the University of Stirling, where I use molecular techniques to investigate how insects survive encounters with fungal entomopathogens. I do this with a non-model moth species that challenges sustainable mass food production. In general, questions rooted in evolution and ecology drive my curiosity, and I am fascinated by host-parasite interactions and symbioses.
Another major passion is creating useful things. My background is in web development, and I have an avid interest in how models and other applications can be designed to inform scientific research, aid teaching, and bridge gaps between data collection and policy making.
Here, I post about the published papers I've written or contributed to. I also post public reports that I have been involved in creating, as well as tools for research or educational purposes that I have developed or contributed to. I also sometimes share papers under review, as well as current findings that have not yet been submitted.
I've shared more professional details about myself and my skills here, and you can use the links below to find me on other platforms. Feel free to reach out if you think we could collaborate on a project.
